AdHawk is an AI-powered advertising management platform that connects to your third-party advertising accounts (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and others), analyzes campaign performance data, and provides optimization recommendations and automated actions on your behalf. The Service includes a client dashboard, AI action engine, reporting tools, and related features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AdHawk does not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS improvements, or campaign outcomes. AI-generated recommendations are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by you before execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdHawk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AdHawk in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
